6 WEEK BEGINNERS POWERLIFTING COURSE
Would you like to get better in the squat, bench and deadlift and possibly compete in a powerlifting competition?
The A.B.S beginners’ course is a 6 week training group designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of powerlifting. We aim to develop your technique, strength and understanding of the sport of powerlifting.
Each group will be capped at 6 people and supervised for the entire 6 weeks under the watchful eye of one of our international coaches.
Each member will have a copy of the A.B.S Training system to follow and access to our coaches online as well as use of the gym outside group training times.
