A.B.S Dublin is one of the best equipped gyms in Europe.
All members will receive the A.B.S Training system and will be required to follow this upon membership. Our training system can be individualised to any lifter no matter level, age and background.
Hell no we have all levels in our gyms and everyone is treated the same. We have two 90 minutes periods a week (Thursday 15:30-19:00) and Sunday 11:-12:30) there a Coach is decimated to watch members and help them with technique or answer questions.
